This role in Digital Business & Strategy offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital transformation of Global Financial Markets. Working closely with internal teams and regional partners, you will help identify opportunities, deliver tailored digital solutions, and build strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Digital Business Development : Assist in identifying opportunities for digital solutions, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and support initiatives to grow our digital offerings across multiple channels
Market Research & Strategy : Participate in research to understand client needs and industry trends. Work with regional stakeholders to design digital propositions that address client requirements
Client Proposals & Presentations : Assist in preparing client-facing materials such as request-for-proposals (RFPs) responses and presentations to highlight our digital offerings
Client Success Management : Support client interactions post-implementation to ensure satisfaction, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams to co-create digital solutions that align with organizational goals and drive value for clients
Data Analysis & Insight Generation : Assist in analysing data to generate actionable insights, measure performance, and support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Professional Experience : At least 4 years of experience in digital solutions, global markets, or a related field, with a keen interest in digital transformation

Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with APIs, middleware, or similar technologies is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential

Client Engagement Expertise : Strong communication skills and an ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders

Personal Attributes : A proactive, self-motivated team player with an eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyse data and contribute to strategic decision-making
