Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Relationship Management : Build and manage relationships with private wealth channels, including private banks, intermediaries, and platforms. Identify new distribution and fundraising opportunities and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative approach.
  • Client Engagement & Product Promotion : Represent the firm at client meetings, fund launches, and industry events to promote their investment solutions. Collaborate internally to ensure consistent, high-quality client engagement.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy : Monitor market trends andpetitive offerings to effectively position their products. Contribute to product development and client onboarding processes.
  • Internal Collaboration : Work with investment professionals to connect clients with various strategies and mandates, and align regional efforts with the global strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • Experience : At least 10 years in business development, client service, or investment consulting within institutional or private wealth sectors, with a proven record in managing relationships and fundraising in private markets.
  • Skills & Attributes : Strong network within the Hong Kong and Greater China private wealth ecosystem. Deep understanding of private markets and various fund structures. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, andmunication skills. Fluent in English, with Mandarin and Cantonese fluency highly preferred. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and client-centric approach. Willingness to travel and actively engage in outreach efforts.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree (MBA, Master’s) or professional certification (, CFA) is preferred. Academic background in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields.
