Human Resources Executive (Part-time)

Part-time Human Resources Executive

2-3 days work a week; 7-8 hours per day (detailed timetable negotiable)

Assist on monthly and ad-hoc payroll operations from monthly payroll to final payments; assist in annual tax return operation

Manage and compile regular people cost analysis in a timely manner

Organise HR data and metrics to enable data-supported decision making capabilities of the team

Assist on CV screening and coordinate interview arrangements when required

Maintain HR data in HRIS and excel

Support basic staff enquiry handling when required

Provide support to the People & Culture team on handbook and policy updates, office announcements, documentation and filing, new staff onboarding etc.

We are looking for someone with :

Minimum 5 years or above relevant work experience in Human Resources, especially in hands-on payroll operation

Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Regulations. Knowledge in other SEA markets will be nice to have but not a must (there are responsible HRBP in other offices)

HR professionalism in communication

Proficient in Microsoft Office, able to learn and operate HRIS and payroll system

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
