The Opportunity

  • Professionally handle incoming phone calls at the front desk.
  • Manage facilities by replenishing office supplies, maintaining records, and processing invoices.
  • Source new supplies / goods as needed.
  • Assistance with venue setup and catering services as needed
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and ensure smooth operations.
  • Undertake supplementary responsibilities as needed, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to acquire new skills.

Is this role right for you?

  • Associate degree / HD in any disciplines
  • 2-3 years working experience, candidate with experience in receptionist or administrative support role is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, detailed minded, with a positive attitude to work as a team and able to work independently
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office 365
  • Multitasking with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
