Description and Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement the finance data governance framework and roadmap for the overall Finance organization.
- Establish guidelines and protocols that govern the financial data to ensure that controls are enforced in all processes to ensure compliance and meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and inquiries.
- Independently lead or manage data-related projects / initiatives.
- Address other complex and ambiguous data issues raised by stakeholders through a systematic approach.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields; Master’s degree preferred.At least 5 years of experience across multiple business lines.Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, especially with professional style in slides presentationMinimum 2 years of project management experience with proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Understanding of the end-to-end process for generating management reports.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Executive communication skills with experience working in a cross-cultural environment.Fluency in English.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with SAP, BPC, or visualization tools Power BI).Prior management consulting experience or involvement in large-scale data governance programs.Certification in Lean Six Sigma or project management.Familiarity with data management technologies, processes, and design principles.Experience with master data / metadata / reference management, data quality management, or data stewardship tools.What We Offer :
