The Job
- Implement HKHS site team management policies and procedures at the assigned sites.
- Manage the performance of contractors to quality standards and monitor site progress and maintain project timeline.
- Identify delays, discrepancies, conflicts or other anomalies and prompt relevant parties and implement solutions.
- Endorse the selection of consultant’s resident site staff.
- Oversee the handover process and procedures of completed projects to other divisions.
- Follow up on complaints and monitor defect rectification works for completed projects.
- Ensure compliance with the site safety requirements stipulated in the works contract & relevant statutory regulations
The Person
Degree qualified in Building, Engineering, Architecture or other construction related disciplines,Preferably with relevant professional qualifications such as MCIOB, MHKICM, MHKIE or equivalent.Preferably with knowledge of 4S / BIM / DWSSA minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management with experience in managerial positions for construction project.Proven experience in construction or project management with relevant exposure in residential projects in the private / public sector, preferably completed project as PM in charge from initial stage to final handover to flat owners.Good leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and supervisory experience, proactive and self-motivated.Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.Familiar with construction site safety, environmental and relevant legislations.Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Deputy Manager (Construction).Attractive remuneration package will be offered to suitable candidates.
