Description
- Capture the current state of business processes, systems, and data to generate solution options.
- Assist the project team in assessing and analysing various options to support project decisions.
- Gather user requirements, develop user stories, and manage backlog development.
- Lead the project team in prioritizing, validating, and documenting project requirements.
- Create functional, technical, and system requirements.
- Oversee solution capabilities and track deliverables to ensure stakeholder requirements are properly addressed.
- Review and assess the impact of changing business requirements.
- Produce documentation including processes, requirements, user guides, support documents, and reference guides.
- Work closely with business, data solution, information technology, and cybersecurity teams.
- Build effective relationships with project stakeholders and maintain good communication with key project members.
Profile
University degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, business operations, technology, or cybersecurity.Ability to understand, visualize, analyse, and resolve complex issues. Experience with analytical techniques such as interface analysis, feasibility studies, and SWOT analysis is preferred.Effective problem-solving skills, including studying problems, analysing options, and suggesting solutions. Ability to approach problems from different angles, including end-user and technical perspectives.Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills. Experience in client-facing roles or management consultancy is highly preferred.Job Offer
