Our client, a professional service organisation with strong business footprint in US and EU, they are actively expending Hong Kong business and they are adding new headcount to join their commercial team.

Description

  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the company's B2B portfolio.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Conduct negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring profitable agreements and compliance.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine service offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to corporate clients.
  • Provide clients with consultative sales guidance, aligning solutions with their business requirements.
  • Monitor and optimise sales pipelines to enhance conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or corporate services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies, analyse market trends, and close deals.
  • Comfortable with client-facing interactions, presentations, and business proposals.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
