Job Responsibilities :
- Manage all-rounded HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, and staff relations
- Oversee the full recruitment process, including drafting job ads, shortlisting, interviewing, making offers, preparing employment contracts, coordinating onboarding, and conducting probation reviews
- Maintain and update staff data in the HRIS system
- Compile and analyze HR reports
- Address employee inquiries, support employee relations, and resolve conflicts
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
- Perform other assigned duties

Job Requirement :
