Responsibilities :

1 Strategic Planning and Resource Optimization :

Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the company's insurance business growth in Hong Kong.

Efficiently combine and allocate resources, including budget, technology, and personnel, to maximize sales and operational success.

Build a scalable framework to support rapid expansion in a competitive Insurtech market.

2 Understanding Hong Kong Market Regulations :

Maintain in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong's insurance regulations, particularly those enforced by the Insurance Authority (IA).

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and regulatory standards for insurance operations.

Act as the Responsible Officer (RO) to oversee adherence to local laws and mitigate regulatory risks.

3 Research and Support HQ in Business Strategy Development :

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities in Hong Kong's insurance and Insurtech sectors.

Provide actionable insights to the Beijing headquarters to inform the development of a robust, market-specific business strategy.

Collaborate with HQ to align Hong Kong operations with the company's global objectives.

4 Lead Business Negotiations in Hong Kong :

Spearhead negotiations with local partners, clients, and stakeholders to secure business deals and partnerships.
