Job description

Responsibilities

  • Carry out customer transactions related activities including handle customer enquiries, manage loan, deposit, FX, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, KYC duties, etc.
  • Liaise with relevant departments to process customer transactions in a timely manner
  • Assist Relationship Managers (“RMs”) to explore and maintain good customer relationship & collect various information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities
  • Smoothen operations workflow
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements :

  • University Degree in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant banking experience preferably in corporate banking sector
  • Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations
  • Customer-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs
  • A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Japanese is a plus
  • Proficient in PC and MS Office
