Carry out customer transactions related activities including handle customer enquiries, manage loan, deposit, FX, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, KYC duties, etc.
Liaise with relevant departments to process customer transactions in a timely manner
Assist Relationship Managers (“RMs”) to explore and maintain good customer relationship & collect various information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities
Smoothen operations workflow
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements :
University Degree in Business or related discipline
