Technical Coordinator (Architectural)

Qualification and Experience :

• Degree in Architectural Studies / Building Studies and have minimum TWO(2)years relevant working experience related to architectural works; or High  Diploma  in  Architectural  Studies  and  have  THREE  (3)  years relevant experience; or
• Possessing  minimum  SEVEN  (7)  years  drafting  experience  of  local construction projects in an architectural firm; and
• Possessing a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (GreenCard) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project; and
• Ad equate and good practical knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, PhotoShop, Coreldraw, Google SketchUp, BIM softwares and passing the selection interview conducted by the Project Manager or his delegate.
