Job description

Job Description

  • Provide support in Human Resources functions including but not limit to Recruitment, Payroll preparation, C&B administration
  • Be responsible for casual worker weekly payroll
  • Manage and maintain the staff information and records in the HR system
  • Compile HR related statistics and reports
  • Assist in staff relations activities
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
  • 1-2 years experience in hotel industry preferred
  • Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduate will be considered, more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
