Job Description
Provide support in Human Resources functions including but not limit to Recruitment, Payroll preparation, C&B administration
Be responsible for casual worker weekly payroll
Manage and maintain the staff information and records in the HR system
Compile HR related statistics and reports
Assist in staff relations activities
Ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
Degree / Diploma holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
1-2 years experience in hotel industry preferred
Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
Responsible, able to work independently and under pressure
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Fresh graduate will be considered, more experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
