Job descriptionQualified lawyer with 5-8 years PQE in corporate law, preferably within a large corporation or law firm Strong expertise in M&A, investment, and joint venture transactions. Good knowledge of crypto and Web3 technologies is an advantage Proven knowledge of corporate governance, securities law, contracts, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must

- Manage external counsel and mentor junior legal staff.
