Job Summary

• Accountable for overall success of the daily kitchen operations
• Exhibits creativity and cooking talents by personally preparing bakery and pastry items while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent products for all areas
• Works to continually improve associate satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget
• Develops and trains team to improve results while maintaining standards
• Strictly ensure hygenie and food standards are achieved
