Join our Global Social Media Team to manage official accounts across key international platforms and develop vibrant UGC ecosystems. This role combines creative content development, community engagement, and strategic campaign execution to enhance brand visibility, grow followers, and strengthen user loyalty—directly contributing to our overseas market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Official Account Management : Oversee daily maintenance of official accounts on major overseas social platforms (Reddit, X, Ins, etc.), including planning, creating, and publishing graphic / short-video content while ensuring alignment with brand tone and platform rules; promptly respond to user comments and messages to maintain positive relationships, monitor key data (exposure, engagement, follower growth) and generate preliminary analysis.
- UGC Ecosystem Development : Design UGC-focused topics, challenges, and activities based on global market projects and brand highlights to guide user creation; refine high-quality UGC templates through daily operations to boost overall brand visibility across channels.
- Strategic Support & Execution : Track overseas social media trends and industry dynamics to assist in optimizing operational strategies; collaborate on executing social media activities for brand campaigns, holiday marketing, and other key initiatives, and support post-event reviews.
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher from a full-time program; Preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business English, or related disciplines.English proficiency sufficient for professional use; ability to operate in an all-English work environment; strong skills in English copywriting and communication.In-depth familiarity with the features and mechanics of major overseas social media platforms; keen interest in social media content creation and user engagement.Basic content aesthetics and creative capabilities; ability to independently produce simple graphic content; proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret basic operational metrics; strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.High level of execution and proactivity; excellent cross-departmental communication and collaboration skills, along with a team-oriented mindset; ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Preferred qualifications : internship experience in overseas social media management, community operations, or UGC curation; international study or living experience; track record of managing personal overseas social media accounts with measurable influence; proficiency in AI-powered office tools.Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.Fluent in both English & Chinese.Benefits
