As the Chief Solution Architect, your leadership is integral in driving the strategic development and implementation of cutting-edge ICT solutions tailored to meet our clients' core business needs. Your key role involves leading cross-technology domain teams in crafting innovative solutions that align with the dynamic requirements of digital transformation. Additionally, you will play a crucial part in refining high-caliber technical proposals for major tenders and projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and organizational benchmarks.

Responsibilities :

  • Strategic Planning & Execution :  Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve business goals for our clients.
  • Solution Design Leadership : Drive the creation of sophisticated solutions that address complex business challenges and leverage advanced technologies.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship :  Provide guidance and mentorship to solution consultants and teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Leading Tender Bids :  Spearhead the task force in bidding for significant tenders and projects, ensuring the delivery of winning technical proposals.
  • Innovation & Technology Evaluation :  Drive innovation by staying updated on industry trends, evaluating new technologies, and enhancing existing solutions.
  • Quality Assurance & Risk Management :  Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by implementing best practices, standards, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement :  Lead initiatives for continuous enhancement within the solution architecture domain, optimizing processes and performance.
  • Vendor Engagement & Partnership :  Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate technologies, negotiate terms, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Foster collaboration with various departments for seamless solution integration and alignment with organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise in solution architecture with leadership experience.
  • Profound proficiency in formulating and deploying intricate solutions leveraging cloud technologies, Enterprise Networking, CyberSecurity, and data analytics.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and leadership skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive technical initiatives effectively.

    • Technical skills / Certifications Requirements :   Cloud technologies Enterprise Networking CyberSecurity and data analytics.

    Other Requirements :   Exceptional communication presentation and leadership skills

  • Must have
  • Must possess excellent presentation skills and be well-organized in project management
  • Must handle middle to large project
  • Will be responsible for leading a project team to implement and showcase high-quality ICT solutions for our clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated expertise in solution architecture with leadership experience.
  • Must has good exposure in presales with multiple technical domains.
  • The last job must 90% work in presales
  • Must fluent Cantonese and EnglishNot suitable if the candidates have rich experiences with project delivery (particularly on data center projects).
