We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Manager-Engineering to join our Hong Kong team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain Mechanical and Electrical experience and knowledge in a wider international team of experts.
Responsibilities
Lead the MEP team in Shanghai to ensure that effective work control and productivity maintained at all times.
Handle all projects related building services engineering including design review, drawing review, daily coordination and communication, system testing and commissioning, etc.
Lead the team for project management, site inspection and other ad-hoc issues as assigned.
Ensure the project delivery in time, within budget and in compliance with the company requirements.
Review and prepare of reports, proposals and other relevant submissions.
Coordination with the project team and clients.
Frequent travels to the provinces in the country of China countries is required.
