Bowtie is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer. This role is crucial in maintaining the performance, reliability, and scalability of our cutting-edge insurance technology platform, ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

This is a strategic and hands-on technical leadership role that innovates and continuously improves Bowtie's infrastructure and system architecture.

Infrastructure Management

• Ensure the reliability and performance of the production and non-production environment / system through monitoring and incident response.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, focusing on comprehensive coverage and clarity.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention in system management.

Performance Optimization

Security and Compliance
