Sales Assistant / Clerk - Fo Tan
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
Maintain and update the customer database.
Process daily sales activities, including quotes, sales orders, invoices, and receipts, and follow up as needed.
Provide support to the sales team by arranging meetings and assisting with various sales activities.
Perform data entry, record keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: :am-:pm
Saturday: :am-:pm
(5 days with alternate Saturday off)
Requirements:
F. 5 or above.
Previous experience in clerical role is preferred.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Chinese and English Typewriting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
