My client is a diverse firm in Greater China, and they are currently looking for a general manager to oversee their factory in China.

Evaluate the performance and productivity of all aspects of production in order to achieve competitive and ever-improving factory gate prices.

Encourage collaboration with other Group units in Hong Kong and abroad in order to achieve seamless project coordination.

Develop, create, and implement agreedupon development and growth plans, working with corporate leaders to design organizational and strategic initiatives.

Handle the factory's daily activities and commercial operations in order to meet the agreed-upon goals.

Be in charge of the factory's profit and loss and budgeting in order to fulfill Group needs and standards.

Oversee the establishment of programs aimed at achieving certain goals and objectives.

Ensure that agreed-upon investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent are carried out.skills & experiences required.

Previous knowledge or expertise with lifts and escalators is preferred.

A degree in business management or engineering is required, and an MSc / MA is preferred.

Good communication skills, particularly with a solid understanding of Mandarin and English are required.
