职位描述Degree or above in Environmental Studies / Environmental Engineering or equivalent; At least 5 years experience in Environmental management in an Operating facility ; Familiar with Environmental Legal requirements in Hong Kong, including EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment) process and Specified Process Licence under APCO (Air Pollution Control Ordinance) Fluent in Chinese and English (Spoken and written) Proficient in Putonghua speaking Familiar with ISO standards is an advantage Membership of Environmental Institution, e.g. Hong Kong Institute of Qualified Environmental Professionals (HKIQEP), Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM), Royal Society of Chemistry, or classification as a Chartered Environmentalist, or a member of any other institution of equivalent professional standing; Excellent communicator who can clearly and effectively communicate with clients and other stakeholders Agile, self motivated and a good team player Medical and Hospitalization Insurance Life Insurance Parental Leave Volunteer Leave Exam Leave
Job Description
- Assists QEHS manager & BL Environmental Manager in all aspects and activities related to Environmental Monitoring & Compliance of the Facility
- Implements & maintains integrated management system (incl. ISO9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 31000)
- Conducts and coordinate internal and external monitoring inspection and audit programs
- Collects, processes and review all environmental monitoring data, including quality of the data and prepare all required reports and documentation
- Conducts environmental compliance and awareness promotional activities
- Implement training programmes for quality & environmental compliance & procedures for employees and contractors
