Summer Intern, Fund investment

Job Duties:

• Assist in analyzing specific companies, interpreting market trends and examining specific market sector activity in order to provide information and analysis required in the investment decision-making process
• Perform quantitative and qualitative research and financial modeling/analysis on companies across industries (especially healthcare and technology) and geographies
• Conduct due diligence on potential fund investments (team, strategy, performance), and help to synthesis findings
• Preparing materials for the presentation of investment opportunities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program with internship experience in financial industry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical skills to complete detailed fundamental analysis
• Full understanding of financial statements, financial models and business valuations
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong interest or industry experience in healthcare or technology/engineering is preferred
• Related work experience or internship in corporate development, financial services, investment banking or private equity is preferred
