Your Purpose
At Decathlon, great service is our sport. As a Customer Service Advisor , you are the front-line expert who handles transactions, returns, complaints , and delivers a smooth, joyful experience to every user.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the cashier and service desk zone
- Manage returns, refunds, exchanges, and resolve user issues
- Support Click & Collect, eCommerce, and Delivery services
- Keep track of cash handling accuracy and systems updates
- Collaborate with teammates during store opening / closing
- Take part in layout, stock, and omnichannel service operations
Requirements
Friendly, calm, and solution-focused in your approachGood communication skills and enjoy working with peopleDetail-oriented, reliable, and accurate in handling systems and processesFlexible availability, including weekends and public holidaysExperience in customer service or retail can be helpful but not requiredBasic knowledge of sports products or involvement in sports activities is welcomedAny sports certifications or training (e.g., coaching, fitness instruction) are a positive additionBenefits
