Engineer, Core Network Engineering

职位描述Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Electronics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Communication Engineering or related disciplines At least 2 years' relevant experience in either PS / EPS / 5GS networking, IP networking, voice services / value-added services, NFVI, roaming or other telecommunication projects Possesses adequate knowledge in one or more working domains used in wireless core network. Skills and experience in use of automation tool to faciliatate planning / design and operation / maintenance work is highly appreciated. Self motivated and good interpersonal skills Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Your Role
- Assist planning, design, deployment and operation of core network / IP core & backbone network / value-added service platforms / Network functions Virtualization infrastructure (NFVI) supporting wireless service
- Perform verification tests for new solutions / service enhancements and system upgrade / update
- Perform routine monitoring on the system / service performance and investigate on network / service issues and customers' complaints
- Collaborate with different stakeholders within or outside organization (e.g. vendors, business users, customer-facing support, roaming partners) to resolve efficiently issues on planning and operation.
