Business Manager - Hong Kong - (M / F)

We are looking for a new Business Manager to join our office in Hong Kong and help us grow the business in the area.

Activities

The Business Manager main responsibilities include :

• Work with the Country Manager and the Business Manager team to execute the business strategy and the business plan.
• Prospect major local accounts in Hong Kong and gather consultancy requirements.
• Build the portfolio through the development of close relationships with clients.
• Hire and coordinate a team of specialized consultants.
• Interview candidates and recruit new employees.
• Prepare technical / functional / HR interviews with candidates (Coaching)
• Write management proposals and maintain close contracts directly with customers.
• Manage the practice’s growth with current but also new customers.
• Negotiate price grids and master agreements in order to be listed as preferred suppliers.
• Follow-up with existing customers.
