职位描述LLB or LLM from a top tier Chinese University. 2 - 4 years experience in a capital markets team Excellent knowledge of U.S and P.R.C Legal system; and Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with ability to read and write Chinese essential. Native Mandarin preferred.
A US law firm is looking to hire a Paralegal for their corporate team.
Responsibilities will include :
- Preparing and interpreting legal documents;
- Conduct due diligence investigation and legal research;
- Provide support to lawyers in the Corporate team on all commercial and corporate matters;
- Participation in verification of corporate and legal documents, assist in preparation of verification notes and prospectus;
- Assist in drafting of general correspondence and legal documents.
