A well-established trading company based in Hong Kong is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Clerk to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an individual with foundational accounting experience to grow in a supportive, professional environment.
In this position, you'll handle daily financial transactions and ensure the smooth running of the office, making a direct impact on our operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting operations, including managing Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare and meticulously double-check invoices to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle data entry for accounting and administrative records, maintaining a systematic and organized filing system.
- Assist in the preparation and verification of shipping documents.
- Support a range of general administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements :
Diploma or above in Accountancy or a related field, or possess LCCI Level 2 certification or higher.A minimum of 1 year of working experience in an accounting role is preferred.Native proficiency in spoken Cantonese is required, with a good command of both English and Mandarin.Strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work effectively in a team.Fresh graduates (related subject) with a strong interest in accounting are welcome to apply.Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly preferable.Benefits : Double Pay
