Business Analyst - Process Automation Project - Insurance

A leading organization in the insurance sector is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major process automation project . The successful candidate will bring expertise in finance and reporting transformation , process mapping, and automation tools such as ServiceNow .

Key Responsibilities

• Process Analysis & Mapping :

Partner with stakeholders to analyze and document current finance and reporting processes.Map out future-state processes to enable seamless integration into automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BluePrism, Unify etc.).Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to enhance process performance.

Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure accurate input of mapped processes into automation tools.Validate automation outputs and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather, refine, and prioritize business requirements.Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Support the design and delivery of automated finance and reporting workflows.Identify data requirements, key metrics, and reporting improvements to maximize automation outcomes.

Leverage your understanding of the insurance industry to address specific challenges and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within the insurance industry .Proven track record in finance and reporting transformation projects .Strong experience in process mapping and optimization for automation tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.Proficiency in automation platforms and familiarity with finance systems and reporting workflows.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.

Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).Certifications in ServiceNow or other process automation tools.
