Our client is a leading global law firm. They are looking to hire a Head of Learning & Development for the APAC region.
The role will include :
Managing the design and delivery of a range of learning and development programs relating to lawyer development.
Working closely with key stakeholders on associate legal learning, development and integration.
Managing relationships with external providers including organising external coaches where required.
Shape the use of technology in extending the learning impact of programs; design and implement blended-learning solutions.
Coordinate with other regional leads to ensure consistency across the global.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record in project and people management in learning and development, consulting, or HR business partnering role.
Experience of working in a professional service firm environment, ideally a law firm.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including formal and informal presentation.
Ability to build internal client relationships and demonstrate a client-focused approach at all times.
Expertise and experience in the design, development, and management of blended learning programs, learning journeys, classroom simulations, game-based learning, and digital learning.
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject, for example organisational development, learning and development, business / occupational or organisational psychology, or relevant professional qualification.
