Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will have extensive local experience and a strong background in managing complex construction initiatives, including airport, MTR, bridge, road, drainage, and building works.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Implement digital and automated systems for efficient project management.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts promptly.
- Mentor project team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications :
Chartered Engineer status with HKIE (MICE or MIStructE) is mandatory.Minimum 15 years of post-chartered experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly in airport and MTR environments.Proven experience in bridge, road, drainage, and building construction works.Local experience in Hong Kong is essential; HKID holder preferred.Familiarity with digital and automated system management is highly advantageous.Excellent command of English; proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is a plus.Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.What We Offer :
