What this job involves

• Provide troubleshooting, configuration, database support and repair for server, network, infrastructure, Data Centre, email, file shares, and other infrastructure issues
  
• Perform remote hands support power cycles, physical environment, and cabling inspections, swap out failed components, hardware upgrades, testing of copper and fiber cables, rack & stack, handling storage media, and enter troubleshooting commands)
  
• Manage 7x Proximity Services operations for assigned Data Centre, delivering standardized services including physical access, remote hands, hardware inventory management, installation and cabling and Data Centre operations site management

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Centre Management with proven experience in hands-on experience in rack& stack, cable testing
  
• Experience in troubleshooting data centre hardware and connectively issues
  
• Experience escorting vendors with the data centre
  
• Solid experience of data centre whitespace environment
  
• Experience in ServiceNow
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills
