IT Analyst

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Manage IT service desk for incident resolution and service; Ensure software licenses and IT asset inventory records are properly maintained; Assist team lead in the procurement of end user computing products and services; Maintain IT documentation on user computing standards, service desk operation procedures and guidelines; Participate in various IT projects.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 1-3+ years relevant experience preferably in IT field University degree is prefer With Jira Software and ITIL experience is a plus Quick learner, curious and passionate about learnings and e-commerce Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English and Mandarin WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US: We work in a fun, collaborative open space where we encourage creativity and ideas flow freely.
