Your Adventure Ahead

• Distribute ShopBack point-of-sale materials (POSMs) to partner outlets
• Manage daily visit routes and logistics to maximize productivity
• Conduct on-site merchant training and educate outlet staff on ShopBack’s digital solutions
• Analyze operational metrics & troubleshoot operational issues affecting partners
• Assist in the deployment of campaigns, signage, and promotions to enhance user retention and acquisition
• Gather and maintain up-to-date outlet information, including store visuals, POSM visibility, and system feedback
• Provide field insights to improve operations and partner experience
• Working hours : Monday to Friday, 1 : 00 - 5 : 00 pm
