  • Bank CSA or teller service experience
  • Counter service operation exp
  • 5.5 days, HK (KLN / NT), good & stable environment

    • Job Requirements :

    • Diploma or above
    • Hands-on Customer Service Ambassador / teller experience
    • Proactive, customer-oriented with pleasant disposition
    • Presentable, strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Knowledge in counter service operation and account opening documentation requirement
    • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be an advantage
    • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior grading.
