About the Role
Join the Research Compliance team at a fast-growing global knowledge services firm , supporting the delivery of expert insights to top-tier clients worldwide. As a Research Compliance Associate , youll help ensure that all research activities meet internal standards and international regulatory requirements.
Youll report to the Research Compliance Manager (based in Hong Kong) and collaborate closely with Research, Legal, and Client Protection teams, as well as other key business stakeholders.
What Youll Do
Review expert profiles and project details to ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines
Proofread and format written outputs (transcripts) for accuracy and compliance
- Identify and help resolve any legal or compliance flags with internal teams
- Deliver compliance training sessions to research and cross-functional teams
- Support the development and maintenance of internal compliance policies
- Work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in any field with strong academic performance01 year of experience in a compliance, legal, or paralegal function (recent graduates are welcome)Exceptional attention to detail , especially in proofreading and formattingStrong time management, prioritization, and organizational skillsFluent in written and spoken English ; additional language skills are a plusDemonstrated extracurricular involvement and leadership experienceSelf-starter with a proactive, can-do mindsetCareer Progression
