Job Description

• Lead and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand awareness and customer acquisition
• Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels including but not limited to company website
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, sharing knowledge and insights with the team.
• Generate regular performance reports and presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).

Additional Information

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing strategy, project management, campaign management preferably with an experience in marketing automation tools and CRM systems, webmastering, advertising or digital marketing agencies
• In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing channels.
• Familiarity with CMS platform Drupal, Adobe, Canvas, Google Analytics, etc
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
