Duties
Reporting to the Director, the appointee will be responsible for :
- Assisting the Director on special projects / research initiatives;
- Providing administrative support in research grants and office management, compilation of statistics, data entry and system support;
- Providing logistic support in organising, coordinating events and workshops;
- Overseeing daily administrative task in the General Office including support to various aspects of central research related activities; and
- Performing any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
5 passes in HKCEE / HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, with at least 3 years’ working experience;Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (especially Putonghua);Strong interpersonal skills, being attentive to details and numbers, ability to work efficiently under tight schedules and strong sense of responsibility; andComputer literacy in English and Chinese word-processing, Excel, PowerPoint and Access are required.Possession of a Bachelor’s degree and related tertiary institution working experiences would be an advantage.Candidates with more than 6 years’ working experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Assistant I.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
Salary and Conditions of Service
Remuneration package will be highly competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract; fringe benefits include gratuity, leave, medical and dental schemes.
