ETF Trader | Delta One | High-frequency Trading | Hong-Kong

This leading proprietary trading firm is looking for an ETF Trader to join its high-performance Delta One desk in Hong-Kong. With a strong presence in the region, the firm is known for deploying cutting-edge strategies across global markets – including equity derivatives, delta one, ETFs, commodities, and crypto. As an ETF Trader, you will be responsible for market making and trading exchange-traded funds (ETFs) across Asian markets. Working closely with senior traders, quants, and developers, you will manage complex portfolios, optimise trading strategies, and price a wide range of ETF products across asset classes. You’ll take ownership of risk – including FX and correlated exposures – and continuously refine your edge through data analysis, market microstructure insights, and cross-asset modelling.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of ETF trading or market making experience within a proprietary or electronic trading environment, with a proven track record of PnL and risk management. You’ll bring deep understanding of ETF pricing mechanics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to make fast, high-stakes decisions in live markets. Experience with electronic execution systems and a collaborative mindset are key to success in this role.
