Estates Management Office
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing clerical and operational support to the Office; (b) maintaining accurate and timely records; (c) answering enquiries and assisting in various administrative functions of the Office; and (d) performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skill; (iii) a good command of English and Chinese; (iv) proficiency in MS Office applications; (v) a strong sense of responsibility, initiative and attentiveness to details; and (vi) good communication and interpersonal skills. Having knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a computer skills test.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
