职位描述Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support debt cycle management and collections strategy. Collaborate with partners to agree on collection approaches for outstanding invoices. Liaise with clients to chase payments, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records of activity. Monitor payment patterns, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed. Ensure credit control procedures align with firm policies and meet cash / debtor targets. Coordinate with Finance and Revenue teams on reconciliations, credit notes, and reporting accuracy. Provide commercial advice, prepare reports, and support fee earners with credit control matters. Assist with other ad hoc projects as assigned. Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related disciplines At least 3 years’ relevant experience in large multi-national companies or professional services Good communication skill and can work independently Strong organizing skill, quality-focused, self-initiative, flexible and result-driven Proficient in English and Cantonese as you will liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders. Positive working attitude, ability to multitask, and perform under pressure.
