ABOUT THE JOB
As the “Product Development Team : Operation and Suppliers Relationship Manager” you will be an integral part of our product design and development team responsible for the daily team operation, project management, and ensuring excellent communication and relationship with our suppliers and in-house production.
You will play a crucial role in supporting our product development team in project management, team coordination, team communication both internal and external, troubleshooting, liaising between our international, local offices and suppliers / in-house production team, in order to achieve a high level of efficiency, and quality & time control.
Working closely with our cross-functional teams, including engineers, marketers, designers, administration, logistics and core management, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth product development process, realising our projects in the highest standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate daily product team activities, manage timelines, and ensure smooth workflow across international and local offices.
Work closely with engineers, designers, logistics and management to deliver projects on time and to the highest standard.
Acts as the main liaison with suppliers and in-house production, maintaining strong relationships and negotiating costs, timelines and quality standards.
Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement processes that improve productivity while ensuring strict quality and time control.
Facilitate clear internal and external communications, provide regular updates, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the product development cycle.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
3-5 years in project management, supplier management, or product operations, ideally in consumer goods, design and related industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proactive, detail-oriented, problem-solver with a strong sense of accountability.
Proficiency with Basecamp (or other management softwares), strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Experience and knowledge of Analogue Photography is an advantage.
