.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Reporting tools, Reconciliation results, data integrity, and front-end functionality. Provide production support any reporting data issue feedback from clients and find the root cause, find the right contact to handle if issue outside.
.Collaborate with business analysts, other engineers, sales, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into robust reporting solutions.
