Business Analyst / Scrum Master - Mobile Applications

Our client, a leading investment bank, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Scrum Master skills to lead high-impact mobile application delivery projects. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, driving digital innovation for our Ultra High Net Worth clients across the region.

What You'll Do

• Lead and facilitate Agile squads delivering mobile solutions for Private Wealth Management.

Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritise backlogs.

Conduct in-depth business analysis gathering requirements, preparing user stories, defining workflows, and recommending process enhancements.

What Were Looking For

8+ years experience in Business Analysis and Agile delivery.

Proven track record in mobile application delivery (banking, wealth  management, or financial services preferred).

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

Strong knowledge of Scrum techniques and tools (Jira, Confluence).

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-

solving skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
