Senior Paralegal

Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, service agreements, vendor contracts, and software licenses. Legal Support: Assist legal counsel with day-to-day legal tasks, research, and regulatory matters. Regulatory & Compliance (Good to Have): Support compliance documentation and processes, including AML, KYC, and licensing matters in coordination with internal teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key point of contact between the legal function and other business units, ensuring timely communication and alignment. Key Requirements 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with in-house exposure in tech, financial services, or crypto industries. Strong contract drafting and review skills with attention to detail and risk awareness. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required. must be able to draft and review documents in both languages. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SFC, MAS, etc.) and compliance documentation is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight timelines. Self-starter with a can-do attitude, comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Proficiency with legal tech tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or legal diploma in Law or related field. Prior experience in crypto, digital assets, or regulated tech sectors. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPO) is a bonus.
