SUMMARY
This role will be based at the Regional HR Office in Hong Kong to provide a full spectrum of HR support, including Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits Administration for Hong Kong, Macau, Australia and Singapore.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for support full spectrum of human resources functions, including, but not limited to, compensation & benefits administrations, talent acquisition and employee relations management for assigned countries
- Provide Payroll and C&B administration support including payroll calculation, MPF, taxation, leave management, employee compensation, medical and insurance etc
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on / off-boarding
- Ensure HR related policies and procedures are followed and review regularly to reflect up-to-date employment law and best practice
- Prepare HR related data for cost allocation and tracking
- Provide current human resources related advice, guidance and support to our employees
- Upkeeping accurate employment records and database
- Support in preparing and consolidating HR related analysis and regular reports
- Organize staff activities and related events
- Assist in the day-to-day HR operations, HR related projects and ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplineMinimum 5 years’ of relevant experience in retail industryWell versed in Hong Kong employment legislations and other statutory ordinancesCandidate with experience in Singapore and Macau payroll would be an advantageIndependent with ability to multi-task and to stay highly organized in the event of fast changing retail environment and competing deadlinesExcellent command of written and spoken English and ChineseA team player with excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving skillsResponsible, proactive, mature with positive attitude; eager to learnDetail-minded and being able to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office applications (eg PowerPoint, Excel, Word)Immediately available is preferredBenefits
