Reporting Line : Onboarding Team Lead

Responsibilities :

• Manage the client onboarding process, review of client applications, and ensure that all required legal documents and associated information to meet all regulatory and internal policies.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the required legal documents and process to onboard a client.

Undertake a quality review of clients’ KYC records.

Manage and facilitate client due diligence.

Qualifications

Familiarity with brokerage or financial services operations

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to liaise with clients and internal departments professionally

Strong attention to detail
