We’re now looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join Pici Taikoo Place, the latest addition to our collection of beloved neighbourhood pasta bars
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen, supporting the HeadChef in kitchen operations. You will ensure that your section is ready for service, and that you prepare the dishes promptly to the expected standards. You will also take ownership of back of house duties such as stock take and staff training.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare the kitchen for service, both people and mise en place
- Cook dishes in a timely manner up to restaurant standards
- Support colleagues when needed
- Maintain adherence to health and hygiene procedures
- Manage and control stock
- Oversee and train team members
Requirements
