About the Role :
Our client is a fintech firm that is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to support the CEO in driving both client-facing and internal initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Support : Assist the CEO in planning, executing, and monitoring client and internal projects from start to finish.
- Stakeholder Management : Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track milestones and deliverables.
- Meeting Coordination : Schedule and facilitate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve project delivery processes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with teams across departments (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure project success.
Requirements :
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or junior project management roles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar).Comfortable working directly with senior leadership and external clients.A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.Fluency in English and CantoneseNice to Have :
