The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) Consultant with a strong background in financial services to support the planning, governance, and execution of strategic projects..

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare executive-level dashboards and reports on project performance, financials, and key metrics.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and actuals, ensuring alignment with financial controls.
• Ensure effective communications for cross-functional collaboration between business, IT, risk, and compliance teams.
• Maintain proper documentation, including project artifacts, decision logs, and evidence on SharePoint or other designated repositories.
• Organize and document steering committee meetings, workshops, and alignment calls.
• Act as a liaison between project teams, ensuring alignment on tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Your profile:

• Minimum two years in a project coordination, PMO support or consulting role within project environments (banking, insurance, asset management, or fintech)
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulations, project financials, and risk management.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Proficiency in following tools (MS Project, JIRA, Sharepoint, Power BI, Excel)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
